


Tommy Samuels, aka Too Busy, a lifetime fisherman and kayaker with years of paddling experience. He specializes in kayak fishing for redfish, trout, and flounder in the many coastal creeks and marshes in the Charleston, SC area. If freshwater is more your style, he also guides for trophy stripers in Lake Moultrie.
He is a Pro Staff member of Kayak Bass Fishing, Wilderness System's Kayaks, Adventure Technology Paddles, as well as an endorsed guide with Columbia Sportswear and Okuma Fishing, and Pure Fishing Select Angler.

Ken Bergmann, aka nikonjedi, a retired Air Force Combat Photographer agreed to come on board with Kayak Fish SC. Ken is a lifetime fisherman, with years of kayak experience. He currently holds two world records for his fly catches while deployed in Iraq. Not only can Ken put you on the fish, he can teach you how to take better pictures, or document your catch with amazing high resolution digital photos. Ken can usually be found stalking the flats around Charleston with his fly rods chasing tailing redfish or spending time with his Wife and three daughters. He is a frequent contributor of several fishing websites and clubs, a member of the March Brown Fly Rod Pro Staff and is the Charleston Fly Fishing Examiner. Ken also is the Chapter coordinator and lead guide for the South Carolina Chapter of Heroes on the Water, an organization that takes wounded war Veterans kayak fishing.


Justin Carter, aka Lost@Sea is a top notch bartender by night and a fishing machine by day. Carter is an accomplished fisherman and tournament angler including a 3rd place finish in the Charleston stop of the IFA Kayak tour, big redfish in the Surf City IFA Kayak tour with 5th place overall, and a top ten finish at the Jacksonville Kayak Classic.
He is another lifetime fisherman who has been a devoted kayak angler for years. Carter specializes in fishing the upper Wando, Copahee Sound, and the area around Shem Creek for redfsh, trout and flounder. He is also experienced at fishing beyond the breakers trolling for King Mackeral and other near shore species.
Carter typically fishes 120-150 days per year and is always learning more about his craft.
